Description
The Biofert 9/9/9 is formulated to enhance root development and is considered essential during the stages of growth, flowering, and fruit set. The product also has an acidifying effect on the soil.
Specifications
The mixture consists of urea (CAS 57-13-6), phosphoric acid (CAS 7664-38-2), potassium chloride (CAS 7447-40-7), boric acid (CAS 10043-35-3), and zinc sulfate (CAS 7446-20-0). It falls under category CMC1 (Substances and mixtures based on raw materials). It should be noted that urea may release ammonia, which could affect air quality.
The recommended application rates are 50–60 kg/ha for tree and fruit crops, 40–50 kg/ha for vegetable crops, and 30–40 kg/ha for flower and ornamental crops. On clay soils, the minimum application rates should be used. The product should be used only when necessary and without exceeding the recommended application rates.
The fertilizer has a balanced formulation consisting of 9.0% w/w total nitrogen (N) (entirely in the form of urea), 9.0% w/w total phosphorus pentoxide (Pâ‚‚Oâ‚…) (9.0% water-soluble), and 9.0% w/w water-soluble potassium oxide (Kâ‚‚O). It also contains micronutrients such as Boron (B) at 0.05% w/w in the form of orthoboric acid and Zinc (Zn) at 0.02% w/w in the form of sulfate.
The product must be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 50°C. Do not stack more than two containers on top of each other, and in the event of a spill, use appropriate absorbent materials.
